A selection of my favourite traditional children's stories from my childhood, quite a few decades ago.
I still remember being disappointed that there was not another world hidden behind our coats.
But, I have learnt that there are hidden worlds in the pages of books.
These may be old books, but they have stood the test of time and are still read widely across the world.
