Children's Books That Pass the Bechdel Test

The Bechdel Test is a method for evaluating the portrayal of women in fiction. It asks whether the work features at least two women who talk to each other about something other than a man. A lot of children's books don't pass. Here are 35 that do, including some Newbery Award winners and nominees.
