Foods Against a Weak Bladder

Certain foods such as pumpkin seeds and berries (especially lingonberries and cranberries) can help strengthen your bladder. Also, try to eat foods that are high in fiber (such as oats) and vitamin C, and keep hydrated by drinking enough water, mild tea or cranberry juice/lingonberry juice. Also, keep in mind there are some foods you should rather avoid – for further information, please check my corresponding list!
