Lost in Transcription: 29 Books That Deserve to Be Rediscovered

This is a challenge which champions books that deserve to be more widely read (although a few obviously have undergone a revival since the list was published).
Why the title? The list appeared in the Guardian as: "Spread the word: the Waterstone's list of 30 books that deserve to be rediscovered". However only 29 books appear in the list, presumably with one book "lost in transcription".
