Part D: Haven't Read the Book or Seen the Movie Yet (L-Z)

This is the last instalment of this series. As in the preceding parts, any version of the movie is acceptable. Follow the link to Part D (A-K) and further back. A fair number of the movie icons actually refer to TV mini series or TV dramas.
As regards choice of icons, I tend to favour the highest rated cinema release, although in this instalment I occasionally have used the icon of a very highly rated TV version over a lowly-rated cinema release.
In development, according to IMDb:
Neuromancer
On the Jellicoe Road
Pippi Longstocking
The Poisonwood Bible
Rabbit, Run
Stranger in a Strange Land
Therese Raquin
Tom Jones
The Violent Bear It Away
