The Drama 100 - A Ranking of the Greatest Plays of All Time

This is a companion challenge to "The Novel 100: A Ranking of the Greatest Novels of All Time (Plus 100 Extras)", which I posted a few days ago. The current challenge is based on lists in "The Drama 100 - A Ranking of the Greatest Plays of All Time" by Daniel S. Birt (Facts on File, 2008).
The first 100 works are in rank order and constitute the greatest dramas of the title. The subsequent 100 works are 'Honorable Mentions' that are in alphabetical order by author.
