The Novel 100: A Ranking of the Greatest Novels of All Time (Plus 100 Extras)

This list challenge is an expanded version of one posted by bryanoz in 2014. The source lists are from the Revised Edition of "The Novel 100: A Ranking of the Greatest Novels All Time" by Daniel S. Burt (Facts on File, 2010). The first 125 works (yes 125) are in rank order and comprise the greatest novels of the title. The subsequent 100 Novels are 'Honorable Mentions' that are in alphabetical order by author (and are a road less-traveled).
Thanks again to bryanoz.
