These 150 Books Are on Umpteen Challenges

The books on my list appear on literally zillions of book challenges, and most are sourced from the challenges below.
30 Great Opening Lines in Literature (and similar): 1-8
Titles without the Ten Most Common Words: 29-66
An English Major's Library of Classics: 67-74
Books to Read Before You Die Compilation: 75-124
Booker Prize Winning Books (and similar): 125-132
Books Everyone Needs to Read 1962-2013: 133-138
As usual I pilfered books when I redid the above challenges over the last day or so, so as to increase my chances of having some items to check off a year from now when I re-redo the same lists. Most are on my main TBR, so effectively all I'm doing is prioritising certain books.
