I'm a lifelong vegetarian who spends a lot of time improvising different soups, pastas, and stirfrys. Honestly, most of what I make is thrown together with whatever I have at the moment (either whatever my farm share has surprised me with or making it work with a nearly empty pantry) but everything on here is something I've made at least 3 or 4 times — sometimes even following a recipe! I'm really, really bad at having quick meals handy 😅(I made the list partly because so many food lists are understandably full of meaty things I've never tried so I wanted one that was things I actually eat.)
