Annie's Top 10 Fiction Planes, Trains and Automobiles

To complement my Top 10 Non-Fiction books here is a selection of 10 transport related fiction.
Not so easy to find fiction related to planes, trains and automobiles from my own library.
Yes, I do have Murder on the Orient Express, but I wanted to select something a little less obvious! The 39 Steps is ideal as it contains planes, trains and automobiles.
Even though Ice Cold In Alex does not seem to be well read, it is a story about travelling in a truck. Cars are also featured in Wind in the Willows.
Therefore my criteria of Planes, Trains and Automobiles is covered, along with bicycles.
