A list (based on eBird data) of bird species seen more or less annually in the Kansas City, MO/KS metro area. For the purposes of this list, I'm using the U.S. Census definition of the metro area, including the MO counties of Bates, Caldwell, Cass, Clay, Clinton, Jackson, Lafayette, Platte, and Ray, and the KS counties of Johnson, Leavenworth, Linn, Miami, and Wyandotte.
