People from Mediterranean are well known for health and long life. Scientific researches show, that people there have less heart illnesses, depression, cancer... One of main reasons for it is healthy Mediterranean cuisine.
Main characteristics of Mediterranean cuisine:
-a lot of extra virgin olive oil, olives, fish, seafood and fresh fruits and vegetables
-poultry meat instead of red meat
