Stepping Out of Your Reading Genre Comfort Zone - Page 2

My real love of reading began with the very first Nancy Drew book I ever picked up and then I started to read mostly romance from authors like Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Sandra Brown and Nora Roberts. Other than a few outliers, I have not ventured too often beyond my beloved mysteries and thrillers or romance/chic lit; however, since discovering the "What Should I Read Next" Podcast this summer I have decided it is high time to expand my horizons and discover what I have been missing!
Here is my growing To Be Read list from Non-Fiction, Children's and YA (Young Adult), Sci Fi/Dystopian/Magical etc, Literary Fiction, Classics and a few new to me Thriller/Suspense/Mystery Authors just for good measure... Do you read from a wide variety of genres? How many of these have you read?
