To Be a Film Buff is a list series focusing on the movies from certain genres that one should probably have seen before declaring themselves a film buff. The movies will be selected based on varying factors such as historical relevance, critical acclaim and hidden gems, with no restrictions on year of release. In this edition, we look at the Film Noir genre, including it's descendent Neo-Noir.
