Umbrellas' Top 200 Films Seen for the First Time in 2018 - Page 3

All these films I saw for the first time in 2018 and liked a lot. They are in rank order (according to my subjective order of preference), i.e. Carlito's Way was the film I first saw this year that impressed me the most. The list is heavy on "classics" and short on recent stuff - don't look here if you just want to take in the latest multiplex offerings, but do if you want to explore some of the great works of cinema history. I'd highly recommend any of the top 100 or so on this list, and they're all at least "pretty good" (I've excluded the stuff I saw that I didn't like).
