U.S. Route 19 is a north-south highway in the United States, extending 1,438 miles through 7 states from Memphis, Florida (just south of St. Petersburg) to Erie, Pennsylvania. Between Cane River, North Carolina and Bluff City, Tennessee, the highway splits into U.S. 19 West (#57-59) and U.S. 19 East (#60-63).
