Literature Titles Referenced in Jasper Fforde's "The Eyre Affair"

Jasper Fforde's Thursday Next Series, beginning with The Eyre Affair, is chock full of literary references from character names to place names, businesses, jokes and quotes, etc. (And author names are constantly referenced!) Someone smarter/braver than I should attempt a list of all references!
