Literature Titles Referenced in Jasper Fforde's "The Well of Lost Plots"

Jasper Fforde's Thursday Next Series, the third book being The Well of Lost Plots, is chock full of literary references from character names to place names, businesses, jokes and quotes, etc. (And author names are constantly referenced!) However, I am neither well read enough nor astute enough to catch them all! So I decided to just list the books, poems, and plays directly referenced by title within the text.
