Literature Titles Referenced in Jasper Fforde's "Lost in a Good Book"

Jasper Fforde's Thursday Next Series, the second book being Lost In A Good Book, is chock full of literary references from character names to place names, businesses, jokes and quotes, etc. (And author names are constantly referenced!) However, I am neither well read enough nor astute enough to catch them all! So I decided to just list the books, poems, and plays directly referenced by title within the text. Someone smarter/braver than I should attempt a list of all references!
