Literature Titles Referenced in Jasper Fforde's "Something Rotten"

Jasper Fforde's Thursday Next Series, the fourth book being Something Rotten, is chock full of literary references from character names to place names, businesses, jokes and quotes, etc. (And author names are constantly referenced!) However, I am neither well read enough nor astute enough to catch them all! So I decided to just list the books, poems, and plays directly referenced by title within the text. Someone smarter/braver than I should attempt a list of all references!
