This is the 5th instalment of my chronology of American fiction. It is a list of novels, novellas & short story collections by American authors published in 1960-1969. There are 8 Pulitzer Prize winners & all 10 National Book Award winners as well as works by Nobel Prize winners (Bellow, Faulkner, Steinbeck and I.B. Singer).
