C-Rated Foods According to Kollath

Kollath is considered a pioneer of whole foods. According to him, foods should be eaten in their most natural state. Based on this principle, he introduced six categories of foods, from a to f, with a being the most natural and f the least (and thus, according to him, least recommendable). The categories a-c are considered "living food", while d-f are considered low quality food. Some of his theses may easily be considered wrong from a modern point of view, and the consumption of raw animal products bears great risks, smoked fish and meat may cause cancer, and alcoholic beverages should not be part of your daily diet, if at all; however, the general idea of quality loss by hyper-processing of food cannot be denied. The foods on this list are c-rated by Kollath (fermented foods), meaning they are still considered relatively valuable and healthy. How many do you eat regularly?
