If you suffer from anxiety, consuming lots of healthy fatty acids, fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as foods that are high in tryptophan and zinc may help. Also, try out calming teas. There are also foods you rather should avoid (which is why, even they some of them may be high in zinc, omega 3 fatty acids, or tryptophan, they do not figure on this list - please check my list of foods to avoid!).
