Foods Against Osteoporosis
If you suffer from osteoporosis, or want to prevent it, you should eat foods that are high in calcium, vitamin D, vitamin K, and plant-based protein. At the same time, you should avoid many foods, which is why they are not listed here despite the fact they may be high in one or several of these nutrients.
