Foods to Eat When You're Going Through the Menopause - Page 2

In the menopause, a healthy diet becomes increasingly important. Soy products and red clover, pomegranate and sage may help against the typical menopause symptoms you may suffer from. Many women start to suffer from constipation, so try to eat foods that are high in fiber (please check my corresponding list). To prevent osteoporosis, eat foods that are high in calcium. Do not forget to eat enough pulse and nuts, which provide you with protein and important minerals. Please also check my list of foods to avoid - that may explain why some foods you were expecting to be on this list aren't there!
