2022: A Year's Food Journal - Page 9

Supposedly writing down what you eat every day helps you lose weight. I lost 9 pounds in 2022. I spent roughly 5 minutes every day writing in my food journal. 365 x 5 minutes is 30 hours this year for 9 pounds. I guess that's better than 30 hours at the gym. The war between junk food and a healthy diet continues!
