Foods for a Low Carb or Keto Eating Plan
Not all low carb diets are created equal. In other words, if you are not cooking a lot, you're not doing it right. A good eating plan includes primarily fresh foods and nothing out of a box.
The following foods are what work for me. However, everyone needs to experiment with eating different low carb foods and drinks because it's about having an eating plan that a person can live with long-term.
