Foods to Avoid If You Suffer From Functional Dyspepsia
Avoid sparkling drinks, acidy food (such as citrus fruit or vinegar), spicy food, greasy food, alcoholic beverages, caffeine, foods that are high in FODMAP (certain types of carbs), and anything that is hard to digest (such as boiled eggs or dairy).
