Avoid foods that are high in sugar (e. g. candy), trans fat (e. g. fried food, dairy), saturated fat (e. g. butter, cream, bacon), have a high GI (e. g. bread, pastries), or can cause inflammations by any other means (e. g. alcohol, meat, eggs). Also, avoid hard food or sticky food (such as toffees), sour food, and spicy food.
